Short Courses
The courses are immersive and generally bring together 30 to 60 young people from different countries.
They are organised by UWC schools and colleges, national committees, alumni groups or partner organisations. Each short course is different, but they are usually residential and last between one and three weeks.
They focus on a variety of different themes or skills:
- The leadership of young people
- Durability
- the Dialogue
- the migration
In the last two years, the Tunisian National Committee has sent students to Malta, Austria, Turkey, and Belgium. Short Courses scholarships vary.
There are fully funded options and others that are not. Students applying for a scholarship to UWC through the Tunisian National Committee are also considered for short courses and will receive offers as soon as they become available.
There is no separate application for short course candidates. Short course opportunities through the National Committee are offered to the Selection Day finalists who were not shortlisted to be nominated to attend the IBDP at one of the UWCs around the world.
